After completing your RSVP, you will receive an email with a link to register in one of our hotel blocks. Hotel room, tax and parking will be covered by the company; however, incidentals will be covered by each employee. You are responsible for booking your own airfare and transportation from the airport. Please submit any travel costs you incur through Concur and code those to your division/department. Please check with your manager if you have any questions.

Shuttles: Transportation to the event from The Stoneleigh hotel, Warwick Melrose hotel, and Old Parkland Campus (outside of Old Main) will be available beginning at 5:30 p.m. A second set of shuttles will depart at 5:45 p.m. Shuttles departing from the event will return to The Stoneleigh hotel, Warwick Melrose hotel, and Old Parkland starting at 7:45 p.m. and will continue every half hour until 10:15 p.m.

• If you are staying at the hotels, please take the provided shuttles rather than Uber.

Uber: Uber voucher codes will be provided for rides to and from the event. Codes will be distributed next week.

Parking: Event parking is limited and is permitted to only those who signed up through their RSVP and received a confirmation email. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please plan to Uber or ride the shuttle.

We strongly recommend guests use the shuttle service or Uber vouchers. Valet parking is limited for the event and must be requested on your registration form. Parking requests are not guaranteed and will be approved as space allows.

Cocktail Attire

In order to accommodate all Crow Holdings employees, including those who will require travel, the event is for employees only (no spouses or partners).
